Radio K (KUOM) Giveaway Rules
1. Individuals must meet the age requirement of the giveaway.
2. Only one Radio K (KUOM) giveaway can be won by any individual during a 14 day time period.
3. The giveaway is non-transferable and no substitution of giveaways is permitted. No cash equivalent is available.
4. The winner of a giveaway agrees to allow Radio K (KUOM) to use his or her likeness and name on the Radio K (KUOM) website, and to announce the name of the winner on the air.
5. Student staff and active on-air DJs of Radio K (KUOM) are not eligible for giveaways.
6. Radio K reserves the right to alter the rules of any contest at any time.
